First of all, the software (mentioned in the subject line) was bundled with my current subscription (Business account) with 1and1 web hosting.
Now here's the problem. After using the "unlock code" and using the "activation" code which you sent, the program still keeps reminding me that the "update service for search engine database expires in 17 days, on 03/20/2007. This happened twice alreay and in fact, I have renewed the "unlock" and "activation" codes. this happened within a span of within 30 days.
What is the deal here? Do I (or maybe others if I'm not the only one experiencing this problem) have to go through the hassle of renewing the unlock and activation codes to you will? This procedure of renewing, unlocking or whatever you call them within a period of no less than 30 days is annoying and getting to be irritating. It also makes me think that I was issued a "trial version" (which I am about to ask 1and1 web hosting about).
What can you suggest that I do to resolve this problem?
I would appreciate your immediate and favorable response to this matter.
