basically i'm having trouble installing hello engines because it spontaneously closes at the language select screen of the installer so i've never managed to advance beyond that screen and install the product.

I've looked on the installsheild site and followed the instructions there but it hasn't helped unfortunately.

please help if you can.

Hello,

it seems like you are having a corrupt installshield installation. Please refer to their website on how to fix this issue.
