Hallo!

Mein Computer zeigt mir beim Aufspielen der Software
Wise-FTP folgenden Fehlercode:
WISEFTP30 verursachte eine allgemeine Schutzverletzung in Modul
DIBENG.DLL bei 003:00000fa9.
Ich wollte den WiseFTP in Deutsch aufspielen. Danach brach das Progamm
ab und forderte mich auf den Hersteller zu fragen.

Für eine Lösung wäre ich Euch dankbar!

Guten Tag,

welche Version von WISE-FTP wollten Sie denn genau installieren? Handelt es sich dabei um die aktuellste von unserer WebSite? Könnten Sie uns noch einige Details zu Ihrem System nennen, insbesondere die Windows Version, und ob Sie ggf. unter einem Administrator Account installieren wollten?
