How do I access my ftp with the wise-ftp program?

How do I upload files to my ftp? I am registered under 1and1.com and cannot figure this out????

what version of WiseFTP are you using exactly? (See "Help" -> "About").

Yeah, I would like a little help here too. So far everytime I have tried it it does not work. I am using version 3.0, 3.0.0.7. I am not sure if I am doing it right and 1 and 1 really did not help much.

Hello,

fist of all you should upgrade to the most current 3.x version of the program. You can do this via the built-in Live-Update in the "File" menu. Just start it and follow the instructions of the wizard.
Please go to the "Help" -> "About" menu after the update and write us what version you can see there now.
You can find a lot us helpful things in the "Help" -> "Contents" menu as well.
