How often should I submit my sites to all the search engines. Is once a month too often, I don't want to be rejected for spamming.

Hello,

when you have once submitted your website to search engines and when your site has been accepted you do not need to submit the website again as the site will be visited regularly and so changes will be recognised.

When you make great changes to your website, then you could submit the site again.
