How to submit a japanese web site

I would like to submit a web site written in japanese and it seems that your software does not accept IME 5.02 to be able to use the japanese
characters.
Have you got a solution or a japanese version?

What is exactly the problem, typing japanese symbols into the HE input fields or reading out meta-tags?

Could you tell us wich OS is in use at your system and what default language settings are used?
