How to unlock & activate

I have downloaded Winsurvey 2.
When I try to unlock and click on WinSurvey logo, nothing happens.
I cannot access the menu for PURCHASE and UNLOCK NOW. :?

you can send us your unlock code which you received when ordering WinSurvey by e-mail to support@acebit.com. We would then like to suggest you another method of unlocking.
