What is the default mail client you're using?

To import the mails from your default mail client you have the mails must be in the root folder of your default mail client.

If your mail client doesn't support acces to the inbox from other applications you can save the responses in a textfile (.txt) and import this textfiles into your database.

Hi,
When I use the "import from mail button" in Results Management a message pops up indicating that

"3 responses successfully imported from email client!"

However no records appear to be inserted into the database..

Any ideas ?

Mail client is Outlook 2002 SP-2
Ops System is Xp SP-1

Thanks once again....

Hello,

We cannot reproduce the problem you described but it is possible the e-mails with responses have wrong content. Could you please send us your WinSurvey project file (.SUR) among with a couple of "problem" e-mails?

If you use MS Outlook you might export the responses via "File|Import and Export -> Export File -> Personal Folder (.pst)" and send us the .pst file.

Please contact support@acebit.com

Best regards,
Serghei
