I’ve just started to use your Ranking Toolbox 4.0.3 and I think there’s a problem with the keyword density formula you’re using in the optimisation section.

No matter what I do to the page it always reports the same number in the Hints and Warnings window. For example, in “Description” it always reports 22/60 and it doesn’t matter how I change the density of the page – even if I just try the keywords on their own it still reports this number!


In fact on every report I run I get the following for Keyword Density:

Title: 22/55

Description: 22/55

Keywords: 37/60

Text: 0/45 (There are clearly keywords in the text!)

Href: This section doesn’t ever report any finds.

Alt: 10/40 (There are only 3 alt tags on the page and I’ve tried 100% density and it still reports this number)

Any ideas? Clearly the keyword density is a very important field and we need to know we are not keyword spamming..
