I first got Wise-FTP from my hosting company and it installed as a full version registered to me, subsequently I updated to 5.5.5 and that was OK, however when I updated to 5.5.7 I now find that it has reverted back to a trial version. I am just wondering if this is correct or is there something wrong with the way it installs. Most programs only require an upgrade fee to be paid when major changes are done in a major version change, so I would expect to pay for V6 say but not from 5.5.5 to 5.5.7 under normal circumstances. Could someone please confirm what is happening here?

normally Wise-FTP should remain as full version also if you update from version 5.5.5 to version 5.5.7. If Wise-FTP is in trial mode again, you can unlock it with the unlock code you received from your hosting company and you do not need to pay for the program again.

If you cannot find your unlock code anymore, please contact your hosting company about this, they will certainly be able to give it to you again.
