Dear sir,

I was having no problem with the fabulous free Acebackup program until recently when my Microsoft Word failed to read the backup files. The original files can still be read with Word but not the backup files. I have checked the Control panel/folder options/file types but still to no avail.

I have tried reinstalling the Acebackup program but with the same results.

What can I do? I do not want to give up this wonderful program.
