I have 2 domains with 1&1, and I've been using WISE_FTP to upload and manage on one of these domains for quite a while. Now I'd like to upload to the other domain, but no matter what I try I always end up back on the same domain I've been working on. How do I tell WISE which root I want to access?

First you should add the new domain to the FTP Site Manager. Go to the "File" menue and select "Connect". Press "New Site" and fill the form with the correct data for your second domain. After this press "connect" at the bottom of the window and you should be connected to the domain.
