The application have a bug on registration... nice for pple like me whom register for new version. So the first day i had to mail the technical support.

I must shutdown my firewall (ZoneAlarm) to use the application (no issue ?)

The application close itself after few second, since i have this application i was able to submit only one website.

In fact i have the impression to buy a shareware at 15€ but it's not really the price...

Hoping there will be a new version before the end of my 1 year licence...

Can you please inform us, why you think there is a bug with the activation process?

To unlock your software, do as follows:

1. In the upper field enter the unlock code which was sent to you. (If you got Hello Engines! via 1&1, you will find your unlock code in the customer menu of 1&1 under Software&Licences. The code is called licence number.)

2. Fill in all the fields (always use the same email address).

3. Request the activation key (button "Request activation key").

4. In the lower field, enter the activation key which was sent to you in another email.

5. Please activate your program now.

Now you can use the full version!

Of course you need a working internet connection and all firewalls should be disabled or at least allow Hello Engines! to access the internet.

Please also note the following difference between the activation key and the unlock code:

- The unlock code is sent to you after having ordered the software.
- The activation key is requested in the software by clicking the "Request activation key" button.

The unlock code was personally created for you and allows you to unlock your software to full version. Please save your unlock code in safe custody, as it is required for unlocking the software.

The activation key is generated automatically by our server and it is sent to you by email. Please request a new activation key whenever you unlock the software anew. Do not store your activation key as it can be changed at any time.

Please make sure that you have entered the activation key and the unlock code into the corresponding fields when unlocking your software.

What are you talking for ?

I were got the old 1&1 version, now i purchased the new 5.0. I mail the support because i wasn't abble to register my new version.

They send me a registry patch.

But there are MANY BUG and the application close itself after about 30 seconds !

Unfortunatelly, from your description we can not understand what kind of problem you have in detail!

If you provide us with a reproducable bug description, the problem will be fixed within 48 hours!
