Novice - needs help

Hello,

I am trying to use Ranking Toolbox.

At the moment I only followed the instructions under the ranking section up to getting a report.

The problem is the report don't really tell me anything. Can you please let me know what I need to look for.

Even when I press me and competitor positions the lines stay on 0.

Please help - maybe with an example.

Hello,

do you have selected at least one searchengine and one keyword? If you do not choose any, no informations will be available in your report.

Yes I have selected 4 searchengines and about 12 keywords.

Still no luck.
