I've read quite abit to try and solve this problem - I've read the item a couple below this one about unlocking.
I am a one and one customer and have the unlock code from them. I have read that I can only use the ranking toolbox program from my one and one disk with the one and one unlock key.
I want to do this. It would appear that I need to locate the 'integrated Update Manager'. Could you tell me where this can be found please? If I have got this wrong, can you just tell me in simple terms please, how do I unlock my one and one version of the program with the one and one unlock code they have given me?

They will validate it and give you instructions how to unlock your software.

I am still trying to solve the problem above - sending my unlock code was not the right thing - that just cost me time waiting for a reply that told me nothing.
I am trying to unlock ranking toolbox. All the correspondence I have had has told me to press unlock now in hello engines standard. Well either I have already unlocked hello engines or the unlock now button is very well hidden because I cannot find it. I would like to use ranking toolbox, then use hello engines but I still only have the trial version of ranking toolbox.]
Even the help section of hello engines says press the unlock now button but fails to locate it! Please help me off this wild goose chase.

1. download a copy from the acebit website
2. Register/Unlock it - they will email an activation code to you
3. Enter this code into the program.
4. Now the progam needs an unlock code

5. Logon to 1&1 site and get your unlock code
6. paste it into the ranktool software.
7. DONE - it's unlocked.
