Dear Sirs:

I have never previously had problems with file transferrring using WISE-FTP (3.0 just upgraded to 3.1) on my rather simple web site in the couple years I have used it, but all of a sudden I am struggling. Instead of all selected files showing up as being transferred as it used to, I now get an icon saying a single file has been transferred that is 0 bytes and dated 1899 or something like that. When I delete that file, then the multiple files I attempted to transfer show up, which is okay as far as it goes. As I continued to fool around with and try to diagnose that though, now I cannot either upload any files to or delete the folder(s) in question on the server, getting prompts now that say "550-No such file or directory" even though the folder is still listed as being present. Perhaps I inadvertently changed something, but I cannot figure out what that could possibly be. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hello,

can you please contact your web-hoster and ask if the date and time on your ftp server is set correctly? Maybe this will already solve the problem here..
