Password Depot I find very good used it for years
The first download allows a trail period and full use after which it allows you 20 password use (Freeware mode)

Upgrades to version four will probably cost US$10 This has been the cost for major upgrades in the past

Well worth its price as it runs from a USB drive This allows high security logins from all windows computers. As always care must be taken. but I doubt if spyware can yet gain access to Password Depots secrets (you need a secure password to make Password Depot secure. I suggest a 8 alphanumeric or better one like (One=2_Buckle=My@shoe3=4") and one you can always remember. The above example is equal to 208 bit encryption

I also use The Bat! Voyagerfrom same 4GB USB drive. Saves me having to carry a Laptop.
My email provider (SpamCop) allows me to send email on port (587) other than the "normal " "Port 25" (Competent providers block port 25 to stop spam)
