PD can't find keyfile

I have a problem using a keyfile. As shown here,

, PD tells me that it can't load the keyfile.

I have of course checked and rechecked that the file is correct and existing, and I found no problem.

I have to add that the problem occurs with my USB-version on a network computer at work. I don't find the problem at my home computer.

What is the problem? How can I get on?
