Please Help!!!!!!

Hi

when trying to access my site I get an error saying

500 ESocketException: connect: WSocketResolveProto: Cannot convert protocol 'tcp', Error #11004

I've looked at things such as firewalls and the hostname but it still makes no difference.

Hi

I've checked the services and protocol and it's all fine. There are no dat extensions either. I did however find a few trojans elsewhere but now when I try to connect it just says

! Connecting to myserver.net...
! Unable to connect to myserver.net.net! ()

Sorry for the delay!
Are you still having problems with the connection? What is the correct address of YOUR ftp server? I think "myserver.net" is just an example for the syntax you have to use. Please replace "myserver.net with your actual ftp address.
