Portability with version 3.0?

I was using PWD version 2.6.1 very successfully on my usb stick drive. Now that I've updated to 3.1, it seems I must have PWD installed on the computer in order for it to run from the usb drive. If it is not installed, I get the following error message when trying to start it from the usb drive:

"The application has failed to start because acebitaw.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix the problem."

What can I do to make PWD truely portable?

Hello,

As in version 2, Password Depot 3 must not be installed on the computer in order to use your USB-Stick Version. Please delete the Password Depot folder on your USB-Stick (backup your password file before if needed) and re-install it with the "Installation-Wizard" in the "Tools" menu in PD 3.
Does the problem still occur?
