Problem with connecting to 1 and 1 ftp with Wise-ftp

Hi there,

I installed Wise-ftp from 1 and 1 website. I have been using this from my other machine and it works fine. However from my new laptop it doesn't

I read in the forum that you have asked for two files...
I am sending the two files to your support email id.

The error i get is
500 ESocketException: connect: WSocketResolveProto: Cannot convert protocol 'tcp', Error #11004
