Hello,

For the past couple of days Hello Engines is not returning any results from Google (any Google domain) when running a ranking report. Other search engines work fine. We use HE sparingly and always in Engine Friendly Mode and can use Google search normally so we haven't been IP blocked for flooding. We use the latest code version and the latest database. Our keywords are front page results, and HE has happily caught them for the past six months.

Any advice? I hope the HE user agent string hasn't been blocked!

Hello,

Thank you for informing us!

We are aware of this problem with Google and have given it high priority. Currently, we are working on a database update for Hello Engines! and Ranking Toolbox, which will be released very soon.

Best regards

Hello,

Please download the latest database update and restart the program.

Can you confirm that it is now working?

Best regards

Hey guys,

The problem in my original post seems to have re-occurred.

Hello,

which database version do you have installed now? If it is not version 4.0.7, we would ask you to update the database using the integrated Update Manager. Does it then work?

Best regards
