When I go to do the One Minute and just submit to search engines, after selecting the search engines I click next and then I get the erro message.

Sorry, we cannot reproduce this problem. Could you please tell us what it the version number of Hello Engines! and the database you use?

Also, does this error appear when you select all search engines or any specific?

I am using the version that came free with signing up for 1and1 webhosting. I am selecting specific search engines.

We need to know the exact version of the program. Please click Help|About... and write the build number displayed in the About box.

As a quick solution we would recommend you to update the program. Click Help|Update Manager... and check whether your software and database are up-to-date.
