Problen trying to retrieve off FTP site

I have just started using Wise FTP *ver 3.0, 3.0.0.7) and can transfer files from my PC to my FTP site, but when I try to get the files, I get the following error -

11-May-04 10:04:00 PM is not a valid date and time

The date and time shown is the date and time of the file on the FTP site.

If I retry the file, I get

Access violation at address 005E1A13 in module wise_ftp.exe. Read of address 00000060.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

I have upgraded to the latest version using LiveUpdate, but still get the same problem - worst even - the error messages are now displayed in German! even though the interface is in English.

Hello,

Unfortunately, we cannot reproduce this behavior and have to investigate the possible reasons. Please try to do the following:
1) Go to Options -> Preferences -> Advanced and UNCHECK the option "Retain file date on download"
2) After that download a file from that ftp server
Do you see any error messages?

Did that and still get the same problem even after restarting Wise FTP.
