Question Marks

Why are there question marks on each of my files on the ftp side? What does that mean?

I have to admit I am ready to transfer my domains to another hosting company. I have 1 and 1 and I use X-Site pro for creating the sites. I have two domains with 1 and 1 and what a headache. They will not work and this is getting bogus. :evil:

X-site asked me to get specific directions on how to use their ftp client but they won't.

Hello,

what version of WiseFTP are you using exactly? (See "Help" -> "About")
In version 3 for example, there are small question marks on every folder that will disappear once you open this folder.
Where exactly do you see this questions marks on your computer?

I am using 3.0. The question marks are on each little folder icon of each folder on the server side of the dialog box.

Hello,

Small question marks on every folder on the remote side are normal in WiseFTP version 3.x and will disappear when you open the folder once.
