Version - program version 6.0.0 database version 3.0.0

I've added my site and several competitors and a list of 5 keywords. I've then ask it to query three search engines. Google, google (uk) and yahoo (uk)

However when I run this all the values in the 'total results' fields say zero and the top position column is also blank

What have I missed? Please advise?

Please make sure that you run the update manager first. It looks like you are using obsolete versions of program and database.

If you run the Update Manager you should NOT see anymore

Version - program version 6.0.0 database version 3.0.0

Can you please confirm? In case you still see that versions, please send us your unlock code to support@acebit.com
