Hi, what does refresh value mean and how can I optimize it? :roll:

A refresh is an automated redirection to another URL or an automated refresh of a website.

A refresh should not be used if you want to get a good position in search engines.

If there are any reasons why there must be a refresh, this refresh should redirect after more then 5 seconds. If the time is setted to less then 5 sec. search engines will not follow the redirection and will not index your site.
