Hello Acebit :) I have a little question. At the Site Analyzer I get told that I'm not using "Refresh" and that this is OK. Now I'm corious about the meaning of this "Refresh". What is meant by this? :)

Hello,

Refresh is an automatical redirect via a refresh tag which should be avoided. If you want to use this tag, the value should be 5 or higher, otherwise search engines might suspect this document to be a doorway page.
