I cannot uninstall/remove the free version of Wise FTP that I got from my web hosting company, 1&1 (this is part of my package). The program worked until January when it began telling me to upgrade to a pay version. I called 1&1 and they told me to remove the current version and download it again from their site; however, I have been unable to remove or uninstall the existing version. When I try, it asks me for a disk which I do not have. I have also sent you emails earlier this week but have not received any response. Please help. I need to update my website. I use Window XP.

I assume you mean version 3 of Wise-FTP?

It is strange that your emails didn't reach us - or the other way around. Maybe you can gibe it another try and send us an email directly to support@acebit.com? Please make sure that our reply does not end up in your spam filter.

Otherwise, you can send me a private message in the forum and I will give you instructions for this problem.
