I run WISE-FTP 5.5.8 on a standard Vista account. I needed to reset my SSH keys on my server due to the recently discovered OpenSSL vulnerability. I now regularly get Host fingerpint has changed. Do you want to connect anyway? I respond Yes, but the new key does not appear to be saved.

I tried running WISE-FTP with admin privilege to see if this was an issue with directory access writes, but I do not see the same set of hosts in the Site Manager. Is there a way to flush the old key so that the new key will be accepted?
Thanks, Norbert

Hello,

we have already fixed this problem and the patch will be available in the next version update. As a quick workaround you can delete the file fingerprints.ini which is in the directory C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming\AceBIT\WISE-FTP 5\.

Best regards
