Request Activation Key - Not Working

Hey...

I got Hello Engines from the 1&1 site along with the license key, but when I entered the key and clicked on 'Request Activation Key' the program froze. I've tried it many times with the same result. Do you have any suggestions as to why this would be happening?

This indicates that you are using a softwarefirewall (like ZoneAlarm, Kerio, Norton Internet Security etc).

Please make sure that these tools allow Hello Engines! to access the internet.

I had a firewall on my pc (McAfee), but had it set to 'allow all' which should have been fine, however, I uninstalled the firewall. When I tried to activate Hello Engines the same thing happened. So I uninstalled Hello Engines, then reinstalled it hoping for a change, but still no luck...

I have no firewall on my pc now and I still can't activate Hello Engines... Is there something else I can do?
