I'm using the trial version. I want to see what this software can do before we buy it :)

The "Lite" option for response handling won't work due to a userID problem. It say's I have the wrong userID. Can you fix this?

I'd like to try using our own script on our .asp server. I used the publish to web option to generate the files, but I don't know what is meant by the ASPmail and JMail settings.

Once this is set up and working properly, how do we get the results?

I'm using Outlook 2000 on Windows 2000. Please note that my .pst file is located in a common area C:/Jason/Outlook/outlook.pst

Hello,

If you plan to run the script (processfrom.asp) on an ASP server, that server should supports e-mailing. We would recommend using ASP Mail.

Once a user completes a survey and submits its, the ASP script (processfrom.asp) generates response and sends it to your e-mail address specified in "Survey Properties - Admin email address".

For import responses from Outlook 2000 use the command "Import responses from default mail client". Note, the following conditions should be satisfied:
1) Outlook 2000 must be your "Default E-mail client"
2) Responses go directly to your Inbox (that is no redirections to other folder allowed)
3) Responses should be marked as "Unread"

Best regards

It seems that I have done everything right, except that I haven't checked to see if the server supports e-mailing. I know it runs ASP scripts, and thought that this was sufficient.

Many thanks
