AceBIT

I no longer have the NSB file (corrupt HD) but have the AceBackup archive files with extension .nsz.000 and also the nsFolder.dat

I need to restore some of the .nsz.000 files, but I can see no way of restoring these files.

The on-line help says I must create a project first and drag the files from the explorer window to the project window.
I do this but then I do not get an option to restore - when I try to restore the files concerned, AceBackup says I must backup first!!

Any suggestions?

The Import Wizard may help you, run the command Project -> Import... and specify project's name and location of your .nsz.* files. If the .nsb file is lost or corrupted, some information about the project will be lost but at least the new project created during the import will contain all project files and you will be able to restore any file from the backup media.
