When my scheduler launches it pops up a log-in box that needs to be clicked. I have entered in the options for scheduler my login name and pw. However, the popup has user=anonymous and PW=some@email.com. If I click OK or put in my correct username and PW the box goes away but the task shows as failed.

Any idea what is wrong?

Hello,

the scheduler can only launch Wise-FTP with the full specified server (profile) name. It is highly recommended to use the button Select/Edit for the profile name when you create a task, this will substitute the correct profile name with the full path.
