Although I followed the advice of some threads and downloaded the software directly from your web site and registered it successfully with the license and activation key supplied by 1&1.com, it still appears that the software is unregistered and limited in its capabilities.

What's going on? If you guys decide to partner with 1&1 and distribute your software you should take appropriate steps that customers can benefit from your product. So far registration and user interface are a nightmare. There are no hints of any kind that the registration was successful or unsuccessful I wasted more than 2 hours with your product.
