 Post subject: Standard License key not accepted.

I renewed my Standard version over 30 days ago and as hard as I try I cant get it ti acceot the Activation key and the new License key.
It just tells me the key is wrong.

This is most anoying as up until update it ran very well. We have a new advertising manager and I want him to use it - but if it wont work on my computer, why should I pay out for a second for his?

I am not happy with the lack of support from phone calls and emails. No one will willingly help me sort this out. Last result is to join this forum.

Hello,

Have you already sent your unlock code to our support team? The email address is support@acebit.com . They will check it there and send you a new one if needed. Can you please describe your proceeding in detail? What are you doing exactly and what happens? Are you 100% sure you dont confuse the unlock code and the activation key and enter them correctly?

I have downloaded the new version.

I have received by email a number which I add as the activation key

When i log into my account I find there is a unlock code
this I add to unlock the new Standard Version

When I add them it thanks me and then tells me that as soon as I start the program again it will work
Then a warning window comes up asking me if I wish to terminate this application. What ever I answer (as it is not clear what to reply)
When I answer no the User registration comes up again inviting you to Unlock.
Repeat it once again this time answer YES and the program closes down.

Start the program again and what comes up. the very same box inviting me to unlock the system!!!

This is more than anoying as I have been grappling with this 30 days on and off.

Hello,

Do you have any Firewall, Anti-Virus Software or AntiSpyware running in the background? (especially ZoneAlarm and some Norton products often cause trouble here). They might block our Software from writing the registration data into the windows registry. For this reason, its possible, that the program asks you about the information over and over again. Please try to disable and shutdown this software completely during the registration procedure.

Ok I closed Norton

Now a new error comes up after adding the unlock code!
Unlock code invalid.

It seems I have been given an invalid code.

Hello,

alright, this might happen when your unlock code expired or you use an other version of the software, than the unlock code is made for. Because you cant post your unlock code here in the forum, please send it to us via email at support@acebit.com. Also attach the name and version of the Software you are using. Refer to this thread, so the colleagues know what this is about. Thanks a lot for your patience.
