I am getting the Stread Read error at start up.

I can't uninstall your program.

And I get an error at shut down which requires me to acknowledge the pop up message before the computer will shut down.

Could you please advise which version of WISE-FTP and which operating system you are using?

1&1 customer,stream read error,access violation,yada yada yada vista premium 32bit, tried turning off protected mode in IE8 no luck also run firefox 3.0.10

Please download and install this version of WISE-FTP 3 (1&1 edition):

http://212.227.222.247/service1u1/wiseftp3.exe

Click the "Unlock now" button in step 2 of the dialog box "Order and unlock WISE-FTP".

(This procedure is free of charge)

After you did this update, the error should be gone.
