Submit button is disabled (grayed out)

I am trying to submita site using the automatic submission. I checked all the appropriate boxes fo the sites; however, the "Submit" Button in the toolbar is disabled (grayed out). How do I submit? Thanks.

Before the submission button gets active you need to mark some engines for the submission.

Also you have to mark the title of the website and the URLs for this website. This can be done on the right side of the submission window.

Redoing the URL link fixed the problem. Thanks for the help.
