Hello,

The WiseFTP Scheduler is based on/uses the Windows Task Planer Service. What windows version do you use? Are you working with administrator rights, or in a restricted user account?
Does the task work for this one time? Or does it just disappear and dont upload/download at all?

Hello,

The WiseFTP Scheduler uses the Windows Task Planer service to do its job - maybe thats the problem here. Please press "Start" -> "Run", enter "services.msc" and confirm with "OK". In the new window search for the service "Taskplaner". The status should be "Started" and the Autostarttype should be "Automatically" (we hope we got the english terms right). Can you confirm this?

Hi,
Yes your english is ok. I haver a service that is call Task Scheduler that is started and have Automatic as Startup type.
No service "Taskplaner".

But I think that the problem is that the WiseFTP Scheduler don't remember his task. Where does it store his task config.

Thanks

Hello,

The Tasks are usually stored in a files called 'TaskList.wtl' which is stored in the wiseftp program directory. You can change this in the "file" menue with "use file.." or "rename..".
