HOw do i schedule the program to dowload all files and folders beneath htdocs it just seems to do the files in htdocs and not the folders and files beneath

help!

Hello,

when setting up a new task in the WISE-FTP schedule wizard, make sure that you have selected the option "Download directory (and its contents) from a FTP server".

I have done that, but its failing to pick up new folders from the ftp site
