Hi,

I currently have domain sites through 1&1 who give software with their packages. Wiseftp is one of those and i have been happily using it till today. I went to open it and it came up with a Trial Version Expired window.

I checked to see if there was a code with 1&1 but apparantly i don't need one... should be full/unrestricted version!

So i uninstalled the software which is v3 and downloaded it again from 1&1.

I then reinstalled it and entered my websites data again (what a pain) updated one website to check it. It came up with did i want to check for the latest updates it downloaded a file and then - uh oh Trial Version Expired window has come up again...

I will be really miffed if i have to uninstall and reinstall as i have to keep inputting all my websites data!

Is there a code i need to be given or a fix or something as this shouldn't be happening.

The WiseFTP version for 1&1 customers need to be activated. The needed activation key can be requested (for free) during the proceedure by pressing the "Request activation key". Have you requested and received this activation key?
