 Post subject: Trouble setting up Wise ftp

I am running the programme quite successfully on my old computer, but have just set up a new computer and fail to get Wise ftp to connect. I am using the same details as from the one I am having no problems with, but am failing to connect! Anyone any ideas?

Hello,

Can you please post the content of the FTP-Log of such an failed connection attempt here? this will help us to reproduce the error here. What operating system do you use? What firewall and Anti-Virus software is running in the background? Are you working in a restricted user account?
