Hi there!

I've been unable to upload any new data to my websites on 1and1 over the last few days.

Each time I connect, I get an 'Unable to connect' message and the error code 'ids_13' when I select the 'Help' function on the message.

I'm using WiseFTP version 1.0.0.6 and have had no trouble to date.

The only thing I can think that may have caused a problem is the recent installation of a Netgear Wireless Router (Model MR814v2).

Can anyone provide any help please?

is it possible that you send us the full FTP log of such a failed connection? Did you already try if it makes a difference whether you use the passive mode or not? Usually, this mode solves most firewall / router problems. Please also check your router's documentation as usually a router might need some configuration for being able to use FTP clients in the network.
