Unable to Connect to Remote System

I am using version 3.0 supplied by 1&1. I have had no trouble uploading to my web site until now. I reloaded the software and imported my needed data from 1&1, but I can not get to my web site data. I can get to the control panel without a problem. The error message I get is "Unable to Connect to Remote System."

please send us a logfile of such a connection attempt to support@acebit.com. You can save the FTP log by rightclicking in the upper "FTP protocoll" window after you tried to connect to your website.

Hello,

could you please update WISE FTP 3.0 to WISE FTP 3.1. To do this, please click in the menu bar on "File" -> "Live-Update". Do you still have the problem after updating the software?
