I get connected good, but after a very small period of downtime - i get an error that there was an unexpected disconnect from the server. do you want to reconnect?

Sometimes I am working on a project and I want to stay connected - this takes time to reconnect - what is wrong?

unfortunately this could have different reasons. Please check that the option "Maintain connection at 'idle'" located in "Preferences" -> "Advanced" is enabled.

Which is the exact error message if Wise disconnects? You can see this information in the upper log window.
