 Post subject: Unlock code from 1&1 not working?

I am a 1&1 client and they have a license from you, I have downloaded the standard and professional version from your website but when I enter the Unlock code I get the message saying that it should be a 16 digit number, where mine (from 1&1) is a mixture, does 1&1 supply a different version of 'Hello Engine' to its customers?

Please note that there are two keys needed to unlock the software:

One is called activation key and one is called unlock key.

You receive from us or 1&1 the unlock key after purchasing the software or your internet package. This is the most important key.

After you have entered the unlock key, you must request an activation key. The activation key is generated and sent automatically to you by our server.

This means, you do not need to store the activation key, since this is created dynamically and may change from time to time. However, keep your unlock key.

In case of any problem, please send your unlock key to our support team (support@acebit.com) and we will verify it.

I'm having a problem similar to Pete. I downloaded HelloEnginesPro4.1 from 1and1. I use the license number from 1and1 in the Unlock Key field and hit the Request Activation Key. The Activation Key from you via e-mail goes in the appropriate place. When I hit Unlock, I get an initial message that the unlock code has expired. When I say yes to 'Do you want to continue?', I get another error message that Registration has failed. Make sure code is correct and the same e-mail address was used. The only way I can get the application to close is to use the Task Manager.

BTW, the install worked on another system a few weeks ago. I am trying to install the web building applications on a system in the server room, to transfer the activity there.

please send your current unlock key (not the activation key) via email to support@acebit.com with a short note that it has expired. We will validate and answer you soon.
