The unlock key (six lines of letters and number and symbols) fails both on cut and paste and manual entry, even aftering entering the activation key initially and following the steps required.

I tried 10 times. The software is not deliverable. I paid for nothing.

Windows XP SP2, Password Depot 3.0.1.0

Can I request a refund?

Thank you for your response. Acebit support sent me a link to an old version of Password Depot - 1.7.2.0. after I emailed the full unlock code to them. I purchased version 3.0.1.0 two days ago and downloaded it from your site. I do not want the old version. The complex purchasing procedure that you have establish fails. This matter needs to be corrected or I will have to request a refund.

is it possible that you sent the "old" unlock code for v1.x to the support? In general, we are checking this code and reply with a new code for exact the same version.

I am having a similar problem. I am a registered users of version 2. Yesterday I purchased the upgrade to version 3. I downloaded and installed the program and attempted to unlock it with the unlock code which I recieved via email. However I keep getting a message that says activation failed. The previous post says that the unlock key is six lines of letters and number and symbols. The unlock key that I recieved was only one line of letters and numbers. Could this be the problem? Help please.

No, this is not the problem here, since version 3 the unlock code is much shorter than in previous versions.
