hi, I just bought Hello Engine Pro but have some problems to use it. I installed the program and wanted to unlcok it but I cannot request an key, can anybody help?

And the other rpoblem: I already entered the url of my homepage and wanted to submit it to the few engines, but the button to start is inactive, do I miss anything? Please help me, I think the program could help me a lot.

regarding the activation key: please make sure that no firewall is blocking so that Hello Engines! has access to the internet. If you still cannot request an activation key, you can send us your unlock code, we would then like to suggest you another method of unlocking.

Regarding the submission of your website: please make sure that you have chosen the website which you want to submit. You can do this in the program section "Submission". Down to the right there is the area "Sites". Just mark the website which you want to submit.
