Hello,

I bought Hello Engines! and Ranking Toolbox at 1and1 a few months ago.
I've installed these softs and written my activation code as my email address in the form, but I've never received my unlock code...


How can I use my product? It runs at present as demo only.
When will i receive these codes ?

Hello,

If you received our software as a 1&1 customer, they will also provide you with an unlock code (license key). Usually, you can find your unlock key in your provider's control panel in the category SOFTWARE. If this is not the case, please contact your provider who will tell you your unlock code.

If you didn't receive your activation key (the other code you need for unlocking), please send us an email to support@acebit.com including your license key from 1&1, thanks.
