Update not possible

I had version 5 professional and have bought the update to version 6 professional on Tuesday and paid by credit card. When I now open my version 5 and use the update manager, version 6 is not found, why? It just says that everything is already updated, but it is version 5 and not version 6 which I bought. Can anyone help me please?

Hello,

if you want to use version 6 Professional of Hello Engines!, you first need to install this version as version 5 and version 6 are two different programs. You can download it here: http://www.hello-engines.com/downloadingpro.htm.

After installing you can unlock the program using the unlock code which you received when ordering Hello Engines! Professional 6 and an activation key which can be requested during the unlock process.
